چکیده
Erythroxylum pauferrense Plowman is an understory species native to Brazil, with great importance in the conservation of genetic resources and used as a food source for animals regions where occurs. The currently listed category EN (endangered). objective this work was evaluate effect different substrates on emergence initial growth E. pauferrense. experiment carried out protected environment, belonging Plant Ecology Laboratory Federal University Paraíba, Areia-PB, Brazil. were: sand; sand + vermiculite proportion 1:1, 3:1 1:3; vegetal land; land vermiculite; Bioplant®; Bioplant® ratio 1:3. experimental design completely randomized, 16 treatments (substrates) four replications 25 seeds. percentage emergence, first count, speed index, mean time, relative emergency frequency were evaluated. substrate provided best results carrying vigor tests seedlings, being most suitable seedlings species.

development of different optical methods for determination of glucose using cadmium telluride quantum dots and silver nanoparticles
a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...
The effect of different priming methods on seed and seedlings of Lallemantia under salt stress
In order to investigate the effects of priming methods on the improvement of seed germination indices and seedling growth of Lallemantia (Lallemantia Iberica) under different salinity levels, two factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design were carried out in the seed technology laboratory of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University of Khuzestan in 2018-2019. In the...
متن کاملcharacterization of arabidopsis seedlings growth and development under trehalose feeding
trehalose is the alpha, alpha-1,1-linked glucose disaccharide. its metabolism is found in a wide variety of organisms and is seen as evolutionary old. trehalose metabolites are however present at only very low concentrations and their role in plants are not understood. the physiological effects of 100 mm trehalose on growth and carbon allocation in seedlings are characterized in this paper. tre...
متن کاملRoot System Development of Prosopis Seedlings under Different Soil Moisture Conditions
Prosopis juliflora (Swartz) DC is one of the most economically and/or ecologically important legumes in arid and semi-arid regions of the world. Prosopis was introduced into Sudan in early 20 century, and succeeded in controlling the expansion of desert in northern Sudan. Recently, however, this species distributes widely and rapidly in eastern Sudan, and induces many problems in human subsiste...
متن کاملPerformance of Oak Seedlings Grown under Different Oust® XP Regimes
Herbaceous weed control (HWC) is prescribed for growing season control of vegetative competition in hardwood afforestation attempts on former agricultural areas. Without HWC, planted seedlings often exhibit poor growth and survival. While currently employed HWC methods are proven, there is a substantial void in research comparing HWC treatments spanning multiple years. A total of 4,320 bare-roo...
